The much-anticipated launch of the new generation SL-Class: an exciting leap forward in technical and design innovation for one of the most iconic cars of all time.
A limited edition, metal covered book ‘‘Extremes” was created to reflect the qualities and innovations, drawing parallels between the key features of the car and extreme human feats. eg. a child genius in the US and the car’s in-built intelligence; storm chasers and the car’s rigorous weather testing.
This keepsake book was presented in a leather slipcase and given to customers who had pre-ordered the SL.
